Partial integration for broker
This page describes the workflow for broker’s and similar parties that want to have a smooth transition from their primary system to etinglysing.no in order to create, sign and tinglys a document (eg. a deed).
Document creation could be completely done from the broker’s primary system through the use of a full integration with Ambita’s APIs, but a deed is a complex document to create, so it may be easier to do a partial integration as described below.
Â
The workflow for a deed will be as following:
authentication
Transfer data about the assignment for which you would like to create a deed (or other document)
Use our SingleSignOn webservice to create a URL with a one-time access token and open a browser window with the URL (to etinglysing.no)
In etinglysing.no the correct page (to create the deed) is then opened and all relevant data that was transferred in step 2 wil be pre-filled in the form. After reviewing, correcting and/or filling out the reminding fields in the form, send the document to the parties that should sign it with their bankid
When the document is signed by all parties, send it to registration/tinglysing.
Â
1 Authentication
The webservices in etinglysing.no support both basic authentication and token based authentication (recommended). Basic authentication should require no explanation. How to. create an access token is documented here: Token-based authentication - quick start. A client_credential
flow cannot be used here.
2 Transfer data
The purpose of transferring data about the assignment is to create an assignment in etinglysing.no on which to connect the documents you will create, and to pre-fill the data in the form when creation the said document(s). The webservice for transferring data is documented here: Create broker assignments
3 Sign the user into etinglysing.no
Etinglysing.no has a webservice for creating a URL with a one-time token to sign in a specific user and to open the browser in a suitable view depending on what operation the user wants to do in etinglysing.no. This will allow the users to start working without having to sign in to etinglysing.no first. Se the documentation for the SingleSignOn webservice here: Single Sign On (SSO)
4 Filling in the form
Using the SSO step with the correct operation defined, the user will now see a window with the form to fill out in order do create the deed. Data transferred in step 2 will be pre-filled. The user should now review the data, fill inn the missing parts and can then save the document and send it to the parties that should sign it with their bankid
5 Send document til Kartverket for registration/tinglysing
When all parties have signed the document, the document can be finally signed with your corporate bankid certificate and sent to Kartverket for registration/tinglysing.
